Solar heat

Solar heat means the usage of the sun heating drinking water, heating or the use of process heat. With a solar collector you get a little bit more independance, because the considerable of price rises of raw materials and energy deliveries make them loose their influence to the energy extraction. Even with clowdy skies solar energy is being produce.

Another reason for a solar collector is the contribute to the protection of environment and climate, none of our valuable raw materials. A solar plant is not just ecological, it also is economical recommendable.

About 87% of its energy usage comes within the limit of the production of heat. The biggest part of its yearly used energy counts financial to heating and hot water. Only 13% are counting to power use. So where you are able to save more money than at the lion´s share of the yearly energy costs? With a thermic solar plant you have the possibility to axe costs. Exact key data about the amount of saving energy can hardly be named. But one thing is sure: a solar plant is worthwhile, because costs of fuel dispense and the maintenance requirements is much lower.

The operation of a solar plant alone helps to decrease your energy costs. In addition it is a developable base for even more energy cost cuts with enormous savings capacites.

Operating mode:

> The energy of the sun is absorbed from collectors, that are mostly installed on the roof.

>Through the collectors a vehicle is flowing, mostly a water-glycol-mixture, to make sure that the construction is also working in winter.

>This vehicle is being warmed-up by the solar irradiation and guided to the solar collector by a pump.

>Inside the solar store there is a heat exchanger from which the warmth of the vehicle is given to the filling water.

>The vehicle leaves the heat exchanger cooled-down and is guided again to the sun collector, where it is warmed-up by the energy of the sun again.

>Now the process starts from the beginning. It is a closed circle.

The collectors are being installed in different inclinations, based on the sort of the construction and the intended use. The orientation to the sun usually happens in a south-eastern direction.

There are different types of collectors, the most current types are flat plate collectors, assembled on or inside the roof, or tube collectors. Which collector is the right one, depends on different parameters like usage, space requirements und type of construction.
