Useful heat technology

The useful heat technology is the best available technology for central-heating boilers at these days. These constructions offer different advantages. Primarily they satisfy, because it is possible to save up to 30% energy with this technique. Also the useful heat technique works very eco-freindly by saving fossil fuels and operating with low issuances. A central-heating boiler with useful heat technology, comparing with a conventional one, uses the heat of condensation from the steam of the exhaust fumes, which arise at the burn of the energy carrier and so produces additional energy.

With this technique high effectiveness can be achieved, the energy exploitation accounts up to 98%. For comparison: a conventional boiler only reaches up to 77%. Modern central-heating boiler can be used both with oil and natural gasoline.

Nowadays, at new installations of heating facilities, the calorific value method is mostly used. Also owner of a existing conventional installation don´t have to disclaim to modern technology. In principle even old constructions are retrofit. Certainly the power losses are very high at old constructions and the performance is overdimensioned, too. So it may be ecologically worthwhile to buy a new construction.

Because that technology works with clearly lower exhaust temperatures chimneys are not used any longer but also pressure-sealed and corrosion-resistant exhaust pipes, that normally can be installed inside the existing smokestacks.

The emerging acid condensate has to be considered particularly, because some construction subjected to the duty of neutralization. This can be realized by integrating a neutralization construction. To achieve a maximum of energy saving, the central-heating boilers can be used in combination with solar systems.

Within calculations about energy savings and higher capital expenditures usually it has a lot to commend to technologies using natural gasoline than technologies using oil.
